Expanding movement performance across boundaries to create an immersive emotional journey.
Scott and Tatum have been working together for nearly a decade, and have revived their practice following COVID lockdowns. Since re-beginning their practice together, they have elevated their work and ability to collaborate to develop unique movement and dynamic partner-work. Currently, Scott and Tatum are in the early stages of developing a new performance piece. The piece is the next step in the evolution of their work together. At first, their work was structured as Tatum dances and Scott does acro and they do some dance moves and some acro moves; slowly over time their practice has become seamless and fluid and blurs the lines of where dance ends and acro begins and where acro ends and dance begins. The piece they are going to develop will also serve as class repertoire to share with others to safely integrate acro and dance into their movement practices. These classes will be open to people who dancer, acro-yoga, and other movement practices.
